How to Deal with your gut problem during ramadhan

I don’t have personal beliefs, but for person who have Gastrointestinal problem here are some tips that may help you deal with gut problems during Ramadan:

1. Start your fast with a nutritious and balanced meal that includes fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.

2. Avoid eating fried, spicy, and fatty foods before and after your fast. Instead, opt for healthier options, such as grilled or baked foods.

3. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated during non-fasting hours, which will help to prevent constipation and other digestive problems.

4. Eat slowly and chew your food properly to aid digestion and prevent bloating and discomfort.

5. Schedule your meals and snacks during the non-fasting hours, so you don’t overeat, and your body has enough time to digest before the next fast begins.

6. If you experience severe gut problems, consult your doctor or a qualified nutritionist for advice and a personalized meal plan. Some people need to lowering carbohydrates for healthy gut during ramadhan

7. Personally, for me I enchantment my water level,my protein level, drink juice with a low fiber and also lowering my carbs level.

8. If you get some constipation problem, try to drink plain milk, or coffee without sugar.
